Expectations don't always meet reality, if something unexpected shines its way through in a room just roll with it, it'll often work if you build around that and make it work! Don't just consider one thing, people tend to get one idea in their head, say, bold colour and then pursue it to the end of the earth- forgetting about everything else around it and yeah, they nailed that colour, but in the end it may not live up to expectations.
