There's a reason these handy little foot cuddlers are all the rage right now. They're comfortable, pretty and allow any room to either bring an area together with matching colours or break up the boring with a pop of colour!
Don't think you have enough space? Nonsense, even the tiniest of houses can find enough space to tuck a small footrest in. Pick round and more squashable footrests that can be packed away if needed. Not enough money for the footrest of your dreams? Make one yourself! If in doubt, try to copy the colour and fabric of your sofa- but, if you're feeling more adventurous, a bright and bold footstool can look just as amazing.
On trend right now are ethnically inspired footrests; leathers and furs with tribal patterns are especially fashionable and no, they don't have to match the rest of the room. Pair a harsh and masculine room with a white and soft footrest, or match a luxurious and modern space with an equally modern finish and shape. Going for a more relaxed look? Why not choose several small round tasseled footrests to match low lying sofas and easy flowing fabrics. Whatever footrest you choose and wherever you choose to use it, make sure your footrest is in a good spot to be used. There's nothing like relaxing your feet after a long hard day!
