Keeping that just refurbished feel

Some people revamp their living room once a month, we're not judging! Once you've found that ideal layout, there are a few things you can do to keep it looking fresh and stop the urge for another redo! When you've found the perfect setup often it can be hard to let go, but just swapping a couple things around the room whenever you feel that urge to do something up can do wonders for changing the look of an entire room while barely doing any work.

Having many parts of a room helps to make sure there's a lot of new stuff for your eyes to take in, translation, it'll take you longer to get bored of the room and make it feel like it was just done for longer. Swapping scents is another great way to keep your room feeling new and fresh; you can also make use of multiple textures to change your experience up each time you're in there.

Don't over clutter, keep the room tidy and regularly clean so that it feels fresh.  This also applies to not adding new stuff over time, keep your random knickknacks to yourself and you'll notice your room stays closer to how it was when you redid it. What you don't want to do is make your room bit by bit into how it was before the overhaul stage by slowly adding new features that don't fit into the design, that's one surefire way to kill that freshly revived feel!
