3 Ways to Make Use of Small Space on a Budget This Christmas

We *love* Christmas and we’re not letting a little lack of space stop us! We’ve got you covered this Christmas with the best cheap and pretty decorations that’ll work great in any sized home. Don’t forget to find time to take the perfect sofa selfie!

  1. Wreaths
    No, decorating your front door does not count as going all out this year! Wreaths are surprisingly versatile, and most people have so many good spots at their fingertips! Get a little more out there and try more wreaths around the house, we’re loving bedroom specific wreath decorations on each door. Far from being door specific, popping a wreath or two on the wall is a great way to add Christmas cheer to any area!
  2. Snowflakes
    If you’ve already spent all your December budget on presents, snowflakes and other homemade decorations are a great way to magic up some Christmas cheer into a plain house. If you’ve got white walls or ceilings, fold white paper up and cut out unique patterns you can then dangle from the ceiling using tape. This works especially well in areas out of direct light, such as hallways!
  3. Fairy lights
    Nowhere to stick your reindeer sculpture this Christmas? Not to worry, most people will have spare or extra fairy lights that don’t quite make it to the tree. Fairy lights make a great lazy decoration, they can be tossed around a fireplace or strung up along a wall; but if you’re feeling extra crafty this year you can weave lights with scarves for beautiful unique homemade Christmas pieces.
