We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

Please note: If you placed your order before January 2020, you have a 1-year guarantee on all manufacturing faults including structural manufacturing defects.

Failure to maintain

A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)

100 Day Returns

We always encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room and colour schemes before purchasing. But if you are not happy with the product, we have you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you complete a returns form within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and you will receive a full refund on the day of collection! We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 100 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.

For all sofas, we charge a delivery fee of £99 to the UK mainland . Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver it to a room of your choice, then unpack, assemble and even plump it if required, leaving it looking a million dollars.
For any footstools we charge a delivery fee of £49 to the UK mainland.
