We ask that you complete a returns form within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and you will receive a full refund on the day of collection! We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 100 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.
