We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.Please note: If you placed your order before January 2020, you have a 1-year guarantee on all manufacturing faults including structural manufacturing defects.

- Failure to maintain
- Commercial or institutional use
- A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
- Any item where an alteration has been carried out
- Clearance and/or display products
- Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees

We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you complete a returns form within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and you will receive a full refund on the day of collection! We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 100 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.

- For all sofas, we charge a delivery fee of £99 to the UK mainland . Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver it to a room of your choice, then unpack, assemble and even plump it if required, leaving it looking a million dollars.
- For any footstools we charge a delivery fee of £49 to the UK mainland.
