LIFETIME FRAME GUARANTEE

At Sofa Club you can buy our sofas with confidence, as all of our frames are guaranteed against structural defects for their whole lifetime. (Yes, you heard it right!). As long as the sofa is in the same property we delivered to, your covered!

Please note: If the sofa was purchased before January 2020 your warranty is 1 year on all manufacturing faults only.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED?

- Wear & tear

- Misuse (accidental or deliberate)

- Failure to maintain

- Commercial or institutional use

- A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)

- Any item where an alteration has been carried out

- Clearance and/or display products

- Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

We have an online, dedicated Warranty Team that can assist you with any problems you may have with your product. You can contact us by using the form at the bottom of this page. Please provide all relevant information; pictures and/or videos of the issues, and a description of the problem. All queries will be responded to by our team within 48 hours.

FURNITURE OMBUDSMAN

To provide our customers with peace of mind, and to demonstrate our commitment to responsible trade, we are a registered full member of Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that raises standards and is approved by the government to provide alternative dispute resolution services. We follow their Code of Practice, which provides our customers with additional protection if things go wrong.

5 YEAR PLATINUM CARE PLAN

No matter how careful you are, accidents will happen - so we suggest you be prepared. You can add a care plan anytime from when you place your order to 14 days after your delivery. If you would like to enjoy the next 5 years worry free, just add a care plan to your order at the checkout or contact us to add it on.

The 5 year Platinum Care Plan is nothing to do with our manufacturers warranty.
