At Sofa Club, you can buy our sofas with confidence, as we offer a no-hassle 100 day return period, from the date of your delivery. We do everything we can to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision on your purchase. We encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room & colour schemes before purchasing. We offer free fabric samples to prevent any unexpected surprises on delivery.
You can use our AR technology on each product page to visualise the product in your room & we have all the product information you need on the product pages to help you shop.
If you get the item and you decide you don't want it, you can return it within 100 days.
100 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your product, then you can return it within 100 days. Your 100 day period starts from your day of delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.
Complete the Return Request form and we'll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, you'll receive a full refund (minus any collection costs, if you use our service).
HOW MUCH DO RETURNS COST?
If you need to return an item because its faulty, or we have done something wrong, You will not be charged.
If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, you can return your item to our Outlet Warehouse free of charge. This must be pre arranged, any returns that are not arranged in advance will be rejected.
HOW MUCH DO COLLECTIONS COST?
If you would like us to collect your return, we can send our dedicated collections team for a £299 charge anywhere in the UK. (The collection fee will be deducted from your refund.)
Remember, unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.
Our collections team will inspect the product on site with you to ensure that it meets the criteria.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED...
We do not accept returns under this policy for items that are damaged, worn or have any other defects.
We do not accept return requests for items that have been delivered over 100 days ago.
We do not accept items that are not in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.
We do not accept returns on orders where the returns policy has already been used against a prior purchase for the same customer.
We do not accept returns when we suspect dishonesty or misconduct on your part.

Yes! You can cancel your order up to 2 working days before your delivery date, just contact us and we'll cancel and give you a full refund. It's as easy as that! If your order has already been delivered, you can use our 100 days return policy.

It is very important that you inspect your order on delivery, because we’ll ask you to sign to confirm that it is in good condition. If you’re not happy, let the delivery team know at the time.
Our quality team checks all products to ensure they are to the very best standards, before we deliver to you. If we have missed something or sent you something wrong, let us know as soon as possible, just contact us and our team will assess your case. We'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
Once we have collected your order, it can take up to 72 hours for us to inspect this and check it's in perfect condition. As soon as this has been done, our team will process your refund and will send you an email to confirm. Depending on who you bank with the refund can take up to 10-14 working days to clear in your account.Â
It is very important that you inspect your return on collection with our collection team.
If you are returning to our Outlet warehouse then our warehouse team will inspect your return with you.
If the condition of the item mis not full re-saleable and its not in its original packaging or something similar we will reject the return.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange please cancel your existing order and place a new one.
Castelan Fabric Protection has been tried and tested and will give you the best chance of removing stains from your sofa. From spillages, natural oils or ink marks, don't panic, Castelan Fabric Protection will take care of it.
